The Mini-Pleat Separatorless HEPA/ULPA filters  are constructed with close pleated HEPA and ULPA  panels that meet the requirements of high quality  cleanrooms. They can provide extremely high  particulate efficiencies in combination with low  pressure drops.

Efficiency: H13( ≥99.95% at MPPS@ 0.45m/s), DOP 99.99%     H14 (≥99.995% at MPPS @ 0.45m/s).     U15 (≥99.9995% at MPPS @ 0.45m/s).Pressure drop depending on the Various Face  Velocities.


Construction:

These high efficiency filters are constructed of  a moisture resistant media pack that is polyurethane  sealed into an anodized extruded aluminum frame.   There is an expanded sheet metal faceguard on the  inlet and outlet set of the filter available. 


Application:

They are the most efficient air filters being used  for commercial and cleanroom environments including  equipment for cleanrooms and laminar flow ceilings.  HEPA filters are utilized in a broad spectrum of  applications such as hospital, pharmaceutical,  electronics, food processing, laboratories, etc.
